The quality of tubes are known by anybody order them. but, there are some problems: firstly, 14 days take to dispatch the product. secondly, 1 month takes to deliver the product to me. and finally I saw a piece of glass in one of the tubes and I'm wondering as well how is it possible !!! delivery has its own huge expenses, it is not fast and secure as well. my order lost on the way, unfortunately.

I’ve looked into this, and it appears there were unexpected delays from our supplier for this item. We dispatched the goods as soon as they arrived at our warehouse.
It seems the goods may have been damaged in transit. Please reach out to us directly, and we’ll initiate a claim with the courier on your behalf.
Upon reviewing your order’s tracking details, we see that the goods arrived in your country within the expected timeframe shown at checkout. However, there was a delay due to insufficient address details provided, which impacted delivery.
As for shipping costs, these are clearly displayed at checkout before payment. Unfortunately, shipping from the UK to overseas destinations can be costly, but we always aim for full transparency.
