Milton Disinfecting Fluid is a non-hazardous, chlorine-based disinfectant that effectively kills germs in as little as 15 minutes.

Suitable for a multitude of uses, from sterilising baby bottles to sanitising water for drinking, the tried and tested formula has been used by many for over 70 years.

Dilution Rates

  • Baby Bottles & Teats - 15ml to 2.5 litres of water
  • Medical Instruments Cleaning - 50ml to 1 litre of water
  • Wound Cleaning - 50ml to 1 litre of water
  • Cleaning Food* - 15ml to 2.5 litres of water
  • Cleaning Surfaces - 45ml to 2.5 litres of water
  • Drinking-Water - 2.5ml to 5 litres of water

Compliance

Bactericidal: in 5 minutes EN1040, in 15 minutes EN1276 including MRSA, in 15minutes EN 14561. Effective on Listeria, Salmonella and Campylobacter.

Fungicidal: in 15 minutes EN1650, EN 14562 on Candida albicans (germ responsible for thrush).

Virucidal: in 15 minutes on Poliovirus type 1 and Adenovirus type 5 according to the protocol of EN14476 + A1 in 1 minute on Coronavirus and in 5 minutes on Rotavirus.
